I’m an elementary teacher and Teacher Wellness Advocate. I help educators who are struggling with the demands of the job due to the demands of life outside the classroom. Using an innovative system of personal inventory, structured goal-setting, and mindset shifts, I show teachers how to ease feelings of guilt or comparison and begin to feel whole again.
I believe that putting ourselves first and our students second can actually make us better teachers.
My favorite thing is finding out something new about myself, or a new understanding of why I do the things I do. I’ll show you some of the best tools to uncover what really works for you, not just what sounds good for someone else. There is always something new to discover about yourself!
Once you know how you work and what fires you up, I can show you how to actually put it to use! Take it from someone who’s spent years (and $) learning about myself and then staying exactly the same because I didn’t know how to move forward. I want to be, for you, the person I needed back then.
Package up what you’ve learned and go out there with your new, improved life!
